Trail Run 2:07:00 [3] +465m
shoes: S-LAB WINGS SG 8

I could hear Hermes yelling at me from 3,500 km away..."I don't care what time it is, that's your window so %^&*'ing get your a$$ out there and run so you can keep up to me in a couple of weeks, phat boy!" So run I did until just before midnight. It was a fairly cruisy tour of my place down to the HWY, up river left of Lynn to Rice Lake, Lynn Headwaters, Varley, Baden Powell, and Ross Rd extension. I had heard that there were a host of new signs up near the suspension bridge and there certainly were. My particular favourite was the one which pictorially communicated the deaths and major injuries per section of the river from cliff jumping. Not sure a sign (or many, many of them) will really do much to be honest.

Trail Run 58:00 [3]
shoes: S-LAB WINGS SG 8

Crossed the river this time and got on some nice trails. Bambi and his family were out in full force. Trying out some updated kicks - need to wear them in a little more before the verdict is in.

Road Run 40:00 [3]
shoes: S-LAB WINGS SG 2nd Pair

Lovely run amongst the massive traffic alngaide my airport hotel. I had some greenspace close by but we were warned that it might be a storage place for dead bodies or living space for squatters. In fairness, I did see one tent in there as I trail ran on a rarely used track. Dodgy...

Road Ride 2:40:00 [3] +1360m

Headed west to Grouse and followed it up with Cypress...into the cloud. Summer's over on the west coast, folks. I had arm warmers, waterproof jacket, buff, warm gloves, over-mitts, and long/thick cycling tights...and I was still chilled. Gulp...here comes the wet season.
