First long run in a long time, managed to get through it very nicely. Effendi ran well for 90 mins then started slowing. Have six weeks till my first semi important race and 13 weeks to adelaide race. getting better every day at the moment.

spent the last 20km chasing and then just sitting 10m behind e grade.

Did well today. Spent all my time at the back, apart from coming to the front with three laps to go. Happy with my effort but need to start doing more miles on the bike. Will try and start getting more and more involved in b grade now.

Run along river rd and return, legs heavy after the cycle race.
