PowerBall 30:00 [1]
shoes: PowerBall 350hz Metal

Easy.

More endurance long continuous spinning in both hands. Probably 3:1 ration R/L
10 AM

Elliptical Trainer 45:00 [1] 3.7 km (12:10 / km)
ahr:100 max:110 weight:82.5kg

10:19 AM. Basement. Recovery.

Easy workout on the torture machine, made a bit more tolerable by listening to As It Happens. Somehow listening to stories of crocodiles attacking lawnmowers, of Irish soldiers in WWII returning after the war, only to be punished, and of torture in Libyan prisons made the elliptical training a bit less torturous.

10:09 AM. Lake Loop CW. Aerobic.

Nice longerish run on a brisk winter morning. Nice feeling run. Didn't look at my pace much during the run, just trying to feel comfortable.

Stretching 13:35 [1]
ahr:95 max:106

11:05 AM.

Calves, hips and forearms wrists

PowerBall 21:40 [1]
ahr:77 max:88 shoes: PowerBall 350hz Metal

11:59 AM. Home. Low RPM .

Wanted to see what kind of HR info I'd get for this type of exercise. Pretty easy on the old heart apparently.
Tried to be even on the L-R but still favoring the right, and can't seem to get my L hand to work going in a CW motion.

PowerBall 45:00 [1]
shoes: PowerBall 350hz Metal

5500 rpm L - 8550 rpm R.

This is starting to get a little addictive. Did 2 sessions today of 15-30' duration.

My left elbow is still a little tender, but better with the new anti-inflammatory.
Turns out the problem with my left elbow is gout...that never crossed my mind. My right elbow I'm still thinking tendonitis, but it is much better after just a few days of rehab with this ball.

PowerBall 30:00 [1]
shoes: PowerBall 350hz Metal

Basement. 4650 rpm L 6500rpm R.

Did this while watching the movies Home Alone 1 and 2. Probably more, but a lot of time working on getting it going. I'm finally getting the hang of it. Really tires out the forearms. Probably a ration of 2:1 for right vs. left. and quite a bit slower on the left hand side- 4650rpm
