Took off with the rest of the headless chickens into the green, should have gone around the lakes to 1, achilles started hurting right away, 2-3 just following the pack, and throwing in a bit of abuse where I could. Got the right split for 4, got stuck in the green ditch on way to 5, 6 ok just following the Phil Wood Locomotive. Now 7, got close to where I thought it should be and all of a sudden there were people everywhere looking for, stopped then turned right thinking it should be in a re-entrant, then came back not knowing what the hell to do and headed for the open, came across it, in a big flat open area, looking at my gps, it was about where the edge of the circle is, and I never saw any contour detail, did anyone else? 8 ok, 9 really struggled physically and achillally up the hill, was with Jager into it and 10, I then went around, got to 11 at the same time as him again, just followed the slow progression through the rest of the controls, pussyfooted down the hill out of the last and tried saving a bit for the end of the finish sprint to get past Middleditch and Aiden, but Jager showed a good turn of speed and smashed me, was well fucked at the end
