MTB-Orientering training in the Luca's private map. We planned a long course with a lot of route choices. We started together and after every control the first waited the second.
I won 6 controls, Luca 5. I like this type of training, it's really useful for the mass start races and for the route choices.

Shortened long training. I was quite tired for the morning training. After a while I finished the water and all the fountain in the villages was closed, at the end I was really tired and wasn't able to push hard on the pedals.

We went along the Tovel valley to ride trough a tunnel, but it was closed for the winter season. Luca followed an interesting path, unfortunately I had a date in the evening and I have had not the time to do this route change.
