Saingė - 13k loop. Started pretty late with sp. In couple of minutes she disappeared, but was feeling pretty well anyway :) Last 4-5k got a bit uncomfortable as was getting dark and was hard to follow the route and to go downhill. Heart rate also was pretty high - as didnt feel I put so much effort.

Easy jog home as really wanted to remind for legs whats running. Felt ok - maybe a bit awkward in the beginning.

LTU Ski-O sprint champs. First physical activity after 1 week fight with virus too. HR was pretty high, so tried to go easier especially to hills. My race was ok - didnt do anything super silly, took off skis 3 times - twice to cross through the forest. Overall was super fun!

Note

Finally its a rest day! Seems 37.1 is finally gone! Cant wait to get back on track.
Blood test yesterday showed:
1. I got virus, but its nearly gone.
2. My HGB - 134 - pretty standard for me.

Status Quo. Need real medicine. Started drinking gripex with a pepper shot. Didint realized was doing smth wrong for a while...
