Yin Yoga, Oh how this feels so bad but then so good. It also takes a lot of patience, which is a good exercise for me. My body does feel much better afterwards though, so it's certainly worth it.

Doing a video and then some exercises on my own. Was a bit disappointed with the video, would have liked to work harder and it seemed to have too much down-time between the exercises. So hard to find the right level.
