2x with Pat. About 25 min of various pick and pause drills. Then 5 x 3min at 26-32. Worked on hitting the rate and not worrying about how hard we were pushing. First one felt too hard but I got my breathing in sync and did better on the rest. Too feckin' hot; rowing with the wind was awful.
