Note

I'm C+. No fever but runny nose, heavy head, and I feel like napping. Could be worse. I'm not exactly sure which specific student to blame but we had a student event on Friday afternoon and the odds are very very high it was one of them. Dirty buggers. I was really hoping I was one of those lucky folks who just didn't get covid.

2x with Pat. About 25 min of various pick and pause drills. Then 5 x 3min at 26-32. Worked on hitting the rate and not worrying about how hard we were pushing. First one felt too hard but I got my breathing in sync and did better on the rest. Too feckin' hot; rowing with the wind was awful.
