First jogging in 9 weeks! More walking than jogging though - two laps of Logan park, legs started hurting a bit but I'm pretty sure it was just because they're not used to it. Arm was sore afterwards though, especially my wrist, so I think I'll wear my wrist brace next time to stop it moving so much.

10x 50m freestyle with ~20s breaks + 25m breast stroke and 25m backstroke. First time I've actually been swimming in ages, so took a few lengths to get into it, then towards the end my arm really started hurting, so I had to stop - probably did a bit much today after starting to write again as well. Physio again on Monday, so will hopefully get some strengthening exercises.

Had physio - massage of forearm muscles, but couldn't do much with my actual wrist or elbow because its still pretty painfull to move.
