Hills at the uni, week two.
Muddy, slippery, headwind, a bit of sleet, jacket on throughout.
8 hours after lunch, dehydrated, v short warm up this week, still no spring in legs after Sunday.
But even so.....a long way off last week's times.
Definitely pushed harder last week, HR this week shows lower effort too.
Still, better to do it than not. Five sets next week.
