Hill reps with Jase - glad I had arranged to meet or I might have brought the 'just done a half marathon' excuse out for the evening instead.

Unsurprisingly a bit heavy-legged and pace/heart rate reflect that - although not as far down on last week's times as maybe expected.

Good to do it I'm sure!
