Close call with an overtaking car on the ride home last night forced me into the kerb and over the handlebars, got off lightly but hit my ribs pretty hard and had a painful night's sleep, pretty awkward today but no bruising so should just be muscular.

Felt a bit sluggish on this and so it seems in terms of result, 45s down but also ran 400m more so clearly both legs and head not in the game. Clockwise route, with a few struggles in the circle at 14 and 29, hesitant at 15 when there was a lot of people looking for it too high.
