Helsingborg. First run here. Nice and easy 2-days-before-race warm up, under 9 min/mile pace for the last several minutes, still running easily.

Virtually all on grass in nearby parks. As it’s been since I’ve been here, it was mostly cloudy, cool and very windy, but then the sun would break through and I’d get really hot.

Really struggling with jet lag. Not able to sleep more than a couple of hours at a time nor stay awake for more than a few hours at a time.
