Bike warm up/down 43:00 [2] 8.61 mi (12.0 mph)
slept:8.5 shoes: Decathlon Kalenji Kapteren XT

Peddle out to Beeley. 18mins out, 24 back (slightly longer route) Back up from Infirmary road was slow.

Orienteering 42:00 [2] **** 3.0 km (14:00 / km) +100m 12:00 / km
spiked:16/18c shoes: Decathlon Kalenji Kapteren XT

Beeley session Dave planned (complete with interesting numbering...)
The aim today was to slow it right down, and keep in contact with the map. Never broke higher than a jog, and it showed as I was Orienteering quite well. Every now and then I tried to over-complicate things, but generally was OK. Seemed longer than the distance I measured.
went 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,13,11,12,16,15,17,18,19,20,21

Orienteering 33:00 [3] **** 2.6 km (12:42 / km) +135m 10:05 / km
spiked:10/15c shoes: Decathlon Kalenji Kapteren XT

Map from Spring Cup earlier in the year. Ran ~3 controls, then stopped before selecting another set of controls to do.
[controls: 1,2,3/3,14,13,12,5/5,4(re-ran a bit of this as cocked it up),11,15/ 15,16,17,18,19,20]
Started well, mucked up number 4 well and truely, bit sluggish from there on.
Switched compass to left hand for most of this session, Found it easier to look at the map when running, but harder to keep the map orientated/rotate around the map.
