Too much running around in the morning for the half mara and then afternoon was used trying to catch up on the sleep that I missed last night watching Kona.

A good clean run with only a few 5 and 10 second errors. Most of the controls just popped up in front so wasn't the most technical of courses.

I was only going to do 45 minutes but ended up finishing as the hamsring felt ok at a steady pace.
Missed 43 as the 4 was on a road so thought it was low scoring.
I did an Eoin and thought 7 was 17 due to the small road looking like a 1.
Should have gone across to 20 just after 18.
Happy with the run though and one of the better Street O's.
