Lunchtime ride. Got done with clnic early so went for long ride. did off base loop then on second loop went home for 15 min to hang with my Hottie. Then rode rest of loop then on base to ASCC then the housing loop back to clinic. Warm at 77F wtih winds 5-10mph.

Did jumig jacks then pushups and situps.
Ran with Capt Hassey. Pushed him coming back so I would keep up my pace. 15:15 out and a 14:23 back.

Rode up greenway road headwind up and tail back. avg out was 18.4mph so I was much quicker coming back.

Back is tight and hurting a little. No Celebrex taken in teh alst 3 days and I golfed on Friday. Felt good until today.

Weather was warm 80F with winds 12-18mph
I panicked on the swim so poor time. Bike was great at first but headwind slowed me done. Run was done easy so not to cause too much pain. It hurt though in teh legs, lungs and lower back. Back twinged pretty good with only 1/10th to go. Also took the Transitions very easy.

Lunchtime ride. Went out the falmouth gate area and went home had a little lunch with my hottie of a wife, Carm. Then rode back the pond loop and back to base out towards the main gate then back to clinic. Warm at 76F with winds 12-18mph. Nice day.

Rainy outside with lots of standing water so did a short ride ont eh stationary bike. I have been pretty tired lately and my weight has been creeping up. either my thyroid is off again or I am indulging in too many delicious things.
