Cycling 1:20:00 [2]

Leisurely first ride of spring to see STL St. Pat's parade, down to Soulard, had Stout and seafood gumbo (fortunately it was not green) at Hard Shell, home. More or less off-day from finishing up grades 6-9 math tests for next Saturday. As stressful, but less physically fun, than vetting an A-meet course.

Then off to see "Class", Sort of a compromise between a documentary and a movie about a HS French class in modern suburban Paris - focus on the 'new' ethnic groups in those parts; African, Caribean, one Chinese. Quite good. Bit long, not great.

Running 35:00 [2]

Forest Park run. Went from pleasant and breezy to 70's and calm by end of run. And, soon the weather will change rainy, then cold. Ah, spring in STL!

Read my OCIN '96 US Champs Red course run. Very ragged - two major errors, several bobbles - but I wrote no commentary.
OCIN Lesson: Pause at Attack point - read map and pace count in.
