Felt like I could have gone a lot faster, but put my ceiling at 168 bpm and my floor at 153bpm(80%). On the way back I hit a max HR of 192, that is 10 higher than before and this fits in with what I expected from training done over a year ago.

First run in a while, because of holiday to Thailand. Feel a bit sniffy. Run was okay, but legs were heavy at the end.
