Doing a 5k on the track on Saturday so dusted off my track spikes for a few 150s. After a couple of years of dodgy achilles and higher stack shoes they felt like being barefoot and probably not sensible. Seems like metaracers just meet the 25mm stack limit so will probably just wear them as can't justify new spikes on my current rate of <1 track race a year.
