was supposed to do strength training this arvo, but i was a bit tired to so i decided not to, especially with my legs a bit tight atm

Did 1km reps along tamaki drive (which were marked out) in the dark and all by my ralf :(

was ok...exceot had a bit of a coughing fit a few times...:P
was a tad tired, had a big day at uni...

times... 4.14, 4.04, 4.04, 4.04, 4.07 and 4.10

had to cross a road on first and last one, so was a bit slower than the rest...they were ok, didnt go real hard as i knew there were 6 and i didnt go to slow, coz i didnt want too :P
