10min warm up before the afternoon race...felt really weird and still sick :/

bout 15min warm down and checked out #9...think it was a tad too low :/ oh well

kidneys or back or something feel weird/sore :/

did red 1 at Whakaipo Bay map...

#1 was quite a gradual hill, and i felt really smashed as from being a bit sick..just tried to get my oing right in the start to make up for it... was going good apart from a bit slow on the hills

stuffed up #9 by about 2min ...i think it was a tad low...but didnt matter too much...was just mucking around for a bit

felt a lot better as i kept running

did leg 5 at katoa po...

made a few silly errors by running off and not checking right direction, and also on not being able to see controls when i was near them...was a tad difficult with a shit light and no reflectors on the controls :/

was fun though! running by myself the whole way, so dont think i pushed as hard as i should have...lots of marshes...kind of scary in the dark :P

woodhill training - ran around the forest with rassmus for a run..maybe 35min or so?? unsure...then did a middle distance course...was a bit sick so took it easy...then we ran back to the cars...

wanted to do the hill reps, they looked fun, but hard as!

warm up 15min and warm down 10min

7x(400m, 200m) on the track...60sec recoveries after 400m and 45sec recoveries after the 200m...and a break after the 4th one...

was originally supposed to do 10...but felt really weird with my breathing...think i was pushing to hard... the first one was 76sec and the 200m was 36...then similar on the 2nd set...so then it got slower from then on...but not slower than 88sec or 40sec... was really weird how strange i felt...decided after the 4th one to do only 8, then after the 7th one i was so struffed...ended up doing just a 200m instead of another full set...
hard ints session! think recoveries are so short! found that rather hard...especially not doing this fast stuff for a while...
