Running hills 30:00 [4] 3.5 mi (8:34 / mi)
Didn't keep track of the time, but it probably averaged out to around a 8:30/mile. Did 5 repeats on the hill, pushed it hard each time up. Last two were tough to maintain pace.
I still feel tired from the race and flu... legs aren't working exactly the way I want them too, but I want to keep pushing.
