Run long 45:00 [3]
shoes: Saucony

I was supposed to do 9 miles. Left the house. Ran down 156th up 51st. Got about halfway down 148th and started feeling my knee (been having issues the past couple days) HR was 166 going slow slightly down hill. Decided to walk for a min to see if my knee and HR could be worked out. Tried to run again...felt my knee and my HR was back up to 160 in about 2 seconds. Walked back home.

Beautiful day though!
