Speed work. Sort of. Colder & windy.
1x 100 double-steps with 60 rest.
Forgot to wear the heart monitor, which was the point of the exercise - wanted to get a max HR reading.
Also hit the stop button rather than lap button at one point...
Good workout (legs really tired), however actual speeds do not bode well for a decent at this point. - Running like last year rather than like 2 years ago.
