Hills - hard up each of the main trails up from spanish banks...

4:08 up the first hill trail (from yellow pole to yellow pole)
9:00 down the small trail and across on admiralty
5:53 up the second hill trail, starting at the bottom of the stairs and to the top of the ravine where the trail joins another trail
5:52 back down the other side of the ravine
5:08 up the third hill trail, starting at the bottom of the stairs then up and across on a small trail near the top
5:28 back down through the small clearing
6:47 up the fourth hill trail from the bottom near spanish banks, up till I got to 4th always going left at the top.

Orienteering at Whytecliff park. Made a stupid mistake on the 2nd control of my first loop... and then bobbled a bit after that, but adjusted and the later part of that loop and second loop were good. Relay team with Thomas.

Rock climbing 45:00 [1]

Rock climbing all afternoon in Squamish with Alison and Pascal. Sunny for the first bit, but then the clouds rolled in and it was gusty. Tried to do this climb with a rather large overhang... but it required you to stick your arm / hand in this crack and basically put all your weight on it to grab up above the overhang, and I could not do it...

Fun 3 loop wet, trying to stay ahead of Christoph on the first one, but then made an error (thought there would be a gap somewhere there wasn't) and he got ahead. Then I spent the next too loops trying to catch up. I got ahead momentarily at the last control, but he outsprinted me ;)
