Slow orienteering at Skullerud, focusing on compass and doing a decent job since I was going so slowly and could also read the map pretty well and be careful scanning the terrain.
Sore throat... bit of a headache, trying not to get fully sick.

1 stupid mistake, distracted by crossing the road with some traffic (going the opposite way to what I am used to), plus some people taking pictures (and me worrying that I should cross the road in a certain way - since to be honest I was not sure I really knew the "highway code" in Northern Ireland).

Abysmal fail on one control, tried to read control description too late + didn't understand it... lost about 2 mins running around. Luckily my bad control was a forked control, and so I got into the A final because of of the "mystery legs" where I had enough speed to be one of the "lucky losers".

Night sprint - so confused about the score o at the start, since there was just a start triangle and no line going out of it. Followed the crowd, and eventually got 5/7 of the controls, but likely not optimal. Settled into the course more after that...
