Run back from movatn over BarlingÄsen with siri. Nice day, managed to stay on the smaller trails for longer (remembering some of the turns ivar made).

Stretching/exercises 50:00 [1]

"Cage challenge" class - which is basically a circuit around the cage with stuff more for arms and core and a bit of legs. Relatively intense, since they keep you honest about breaks. Also did my quad extensions for my knee.
