Run with Hanne Maria, up the river then small snowy trails towards Ullevålseter (mostly pretty packed snow, and there isn't so much anyway).

Orienteering 1:16:00 [3]

Gl√łglopet in the snowy forest around Sognsvann, with actual glog out on the course a bout halfway around (a nice surprise). Was a bit sloppy (slippery in the terrain and some mistakes, many due to being unfocused).

Core, lunges, squats with medicine ball... Much of it at higher intensity so some cardio involved.

Still not feeling too great, but decided maybe exercise actually helps with the energy level... Went to intervals at Bislett and dragged Hanne Maria. We went out a bit fast hanging off the back of lone who said she was running "i3" (and she probably was, since she could still talk). Shortened the workout quite a bit ;p
