orienteering race 35:35 [4] 2.9 km (12:16 / km)

felt pretty good went a bit slow in some spots

DNF
was goin good until i realized at no# 3 that i forgot to punch no# 2
thats when things started goin wrong and the wheels on my bike stopped moving from the buildup of all the mud . after a bit decided that i couldn't finish the course and started to go back. after a long period of getting the mud from my tyres i found mum. she wasn't going to do her whole course so i went with her to 3 of her controls and thats when my deraileur and had to stop agian. mum told me she would go and get dad to pick me up form the main road so i started to push my bike up the hill, thats when my back wheel fell off.

so in the end i had to carry my bike ( its realy heavy + the weight of the mud) about 1.5km

(hope it dosn't cost too much to fix)

lost 2-0 (first loss in 9 games)
felt realy good but i guess that wasnt enough
get another chance next week

i think that it is that time of month for my coach he was in a realy s**t mood and just stod their yelling at us the whole night.

went for a run all by my self because Tam.'s a criple
didn't feel the best but tryed to run up as many hills as i could.

was going realy well until i left number 3 and did a masive loop that ended up where i started . felt realy good to start with running well

did tenis for sport. it was heaps wet so i was fun

legs are realy sore. because soccers not on 2moro goin to Orienteering accept can run red 6 cause their arn't any maps :-(

drew 1-1
felt realy good only had 11 people which ment no subs
in the last 10 mins some guy from the other team tried to fight me. it was Kinda funny but he was bigger than me so he would have absolutely smashed me. the bad thing is that we have to play the same team again next week.

started off with a fare few sprints and then played a game for the rest of the sesion.

felt realy bad physicaly but good mentaly.
was in a realy weird mood had walk like an egyption stuck in my head the whole way.

felt good sholder was a bit sore from soccer cant remember what happened to it.
the map was realy thick in places
screwed up 1st, 2nd and 9th controls

hamstring was a bit tight otherwise felt realy good
it was realy windy

not sure exactly how long it took me but i think it was at the most 8min
felt realy good under 15 & 16 ran at same time but i think i was about 4th or 5th in 15's
