Orienteering race (Relay) 1:13:50 [4] 6.5 km (11:22 / km)

NM Relay. Ingvild ran first and then Margrethe. We ended on a 29th place. I wasn't to happy about the race, did a few stupid mistakes towards the end.

Went up to Farfarhaugen. Picked some blueberries on my way home.

Training in Vågdalen. It went ok up until I saw my dad that had started 2min before me.....after that I made a couple of stupid mistakes!!

Training starting from Svartebergmyra. My skills are a little bit rusty, so I made a lot of mistakes and one big one. It didn't go to fast either, because I'm still reduced after Monday.

"Climbed" to Istind with Toril, Mats and Barbro. We spent about 2.5 hours up and it was really hard today.

Kitesurfing 30:00 [2]

I went to Brusand for the first time and it was a lot of waves there. The waves was a little bit too high for me and the wind was pretty gusty. So after fighting with the waves for a while I went back home.

Kitesurfing at Solastranden. The first hour was unbeleivable, the wind was really stable. When the wind increased in strenght I borrowed a smaller kite so I could have some more fun!

Turorientering in Sørmarka (Stavanger). I couldn't consentrate at all, but it was just great haveing a map in my hand again!!! I can't wait to get back home and train next week.

Kitesurfing is fun!!!!!!! The wind wasn't to good, but I don't care. Hopefully the wind will blow tomorrow as well. Spot: Orrestranden.
