4x4 intervals with 3min breaks. Hade a pace of 13km/h, which is ok.

I ment to run 3000m test, but I started out to hard....So I ran 1500m then I had a break where I ran a bit slower for 500m. I finished of with running the last 1000m.

Worked out the entire body. The gym is quite limited on this rig so the sessions end up beeing very similar. For the first time in a couple of weeks my knee is feeling pretty good!

I'm starting to get really bored out here. Maybe I'm not cut out for this kind of life after all..... The high light of the day is going to the gym!

Running indoor on that bloody machine!! Just starting pretty slow. My legs are feeling a bit heavy after the spinning the other day.

Climbed indoor with Trine. It's been a while since last time, so it was really hard today.

Note

Had a nice day at the beach even though the wind didn't blow. I spent a few hours there hoping that the wind would start blowing. Of course it didn't happen and now I have to go offshore this weekend!

The knee is still not completly recovered, but it dosen't get worse from training. So I'll just keep on testing it untill i find out what triggers the pain.

3x4min intervals with 3min break. I was supposed to do 4 intervals, but it's a 20min limit on the machine if someone is waiting.... Maybe just as well since my knee is still bad.

Just cycling at a good pace keeping my feet moving. The knee don't feel to bad, but it's not optimal.

Did two 6min intervals alternating between sitting and standing, with 4min break.

Finished off with a few stomach and back exercises.

The knee isn't getting much better....Think I'll just try and start training again and see if it gets much worse. It's really boring doing nothing, and I don't feel to great either.

My knee is still bugging me! It feels ok when I wake up in the morning, but it just gets worse the more I do. Not ideal to be offshore and walking all those stairs...

Walked up to Rubbsnytten in Bardu togheter with Barbro, Ingvild and Katrine. It was a really nice trip.
