easy early run...it was eventful - i tripped down the hill over the rocks, cut my leg on some vicious barbed wire, got hailed on, chased by a dog, shouted at by an owner, my shoelaces wouldn't stay done up...not my favourite run of the year (but at least I was running!!)

William Hills race. Ran round with Neil so I wouldn't have to mapread. My first road run!
Could have done it quicker but we stopped on London Road for me to stretch for about 90 seconds, and also we went to an extra William Hill, and also N forgot about the Fitzalan Square one so we had to go back for it when I realised he'd forgot.

Then to Jane's house for tea and cake and a film and gossip, perfect recovery!
