i thought i'd be sick the entire run. was awful. as though i'd just eaten 10 big cream cakes. carried on running - thought it'd get better but it got so worse.

early with laura. a different way to the one we always do.
down to rivelin via bole hill. up to the rivelin pub. up fields to stannington. along fields. down past farm. along rivelin (we ran through the bamboo thing). up blackbrook wood (large hill). back usual way.
