Ran home from work with bag. Did some long tempo intervals: 5 mins, 8, 10, 6, 5. With 1 min recovery. Plus 3 min warm up and 2 min warm down. Still feeling unfit but it was a bit harder carrying a bag.
Extremely short of time at the moment due to every spare minute not at work spent studying for final exams - going to have to get creative with short running windows for the next 6 weeks (at least during the week).
4 minute warm up. 12 x Cross Lane hills (3 sets of 4). 3 minute warm down.
