Finally had our first meet of the semester. I with my shoulder hurting I tried to stick to breaststroke, so I did the 50 in the medley relay, then I also did the 50, 100 and 200 breaststroke. Then I finished with the 100 back, I had to adjust my stroke a little and slow it down so that I didn't hurt it more so I didn't do the best in that race.

2400 yards: So I woke up today laying on my shoulder in slight pain; its not like a hurting pain, its just an annoying pain. I was guessing it was a combination of climbing and swimming, but it didn't bother me any more when I was climbing then when I was doing nothing. Then at swim practice I started swimming and it was fine for free and breast, then it hurt a little during fly. But it really bothered me during backstroke, mainly when my arm was stretching back and about to enter the water. Not sure what it is or how to fix it, so that is something I need to find out.

The first 16 minutes I did with my room mate, so it was kinda at warm up pace; the second loop he stopped as I went on and then sped up a bit.

Shoes have loosened up a bit. It no longer hurts to climb in them but there is no way I can keep them on for longer then 2 minutes. I expect them to be good in about a week.
