End of the march madness, and not a moment too soon. Still feeling a bit tired and lethargic this morning. A few days off from rowing coming up, I think.
at the crossfit gym: some miscellaneous warmup and practice exercises, then the workout was 5 exercises, 1 minute each, three rounds. Exercises were situps, 35 lb kettlebell swings, lunges, 14 lb medicine ball throws (deep squat, come up and throw it as high on the wall as you can, then catch and squat, etc), 30 lb chainsaw dumbbell rows. 25 to 28 reps each round with all except 35 or so reps with the dumbbell rows.
