Tough WOD today, or at least one I am not used to. First run 800, then sets of 3-3-4-4-5-10 reps, first deadlifts, then front squats, last push presses. DLs at 155# after the first set, and I could feel my adductors straining. Probably too much weight. FS started with 73, but dropped to 63 after a while, as I was losing my ability to keep my back straight. PPs started with 63, then dropped to 53 for second 2 sets, and finally to 48 when I couldn't keep my back straight. I'll be sore.
Awakened this morning at 3:40 by three piercing beeps of something that sounded like a smoke alarm. No idea what it was, but it is always something around here. Couldn't sleep after that. It hasn't repeated.
