Up much earlier than I wanted this morning. Rhonda was up at 2, and in a fairly animated conversation with Zack, who was still up, so I only lasted a little while after that.

This was just a dog walk with Sassy, who presumably hasn't been getting quite as many of them.

The g suffered under the influence of what our guide called la sfida siciliana - the Sicilian challenge. That is, very good food and way more of it than it is possible to eat.

Thought I might get out on the bike, but it was starting to rain a bit, and I was certainly starting to lose energy, so this will have to do. Another dog walk.

full set of my back exercises. I wasn't doing much of these the last two weeks, but the bike was generally beneficial and my back felt quite good on the trip.
