strength for life class, though instructor seemingly disappeared after warmup.
Included 20 mins on rower and 8 on bike
Bad news on 2 fronts today
firstly that young orienteer Hannah Goddard had died
secondly that White Island volcano (North Is, NZ) had opened up with quite a few people unaccounted for. I had visited there several years ago. Tourists can go on a guided tour very close to the main crater - quite spectacular.
