Did a session from 6-7pm with pool closing at 7pm as Easter.
Hardly anyone in either pool so i did my walking and most of my exercises in the warm leisure pool before water running & swimming in cold pool.

Had been to the Sand sculptures at pt Adelaide with Michelle Soar earlier - impressive. In Hart's Mill, so able to park 20m from the door.

Note

Knee quite sore & stiff again.
Pool not open so i just had a light massage from BJ and went home & put knee up over 6 pillows in bed for rest of afternoon despite in being 34 degrees. Yes, in late April.

Session with physio at Klemzig. Wish i had longer but learnt new stuff.

7pm session at ARC and the leisure pool was still full of classes until 6.30pm and families with 2 year olds were still there until after i finished.
Had been doing O stuff all day and my knee had been down too much so was a bit swollen

I actually enjoyed this.
Had to walk amidst the holiday kiddies in the warm leisure pool
Then most of session in 25m cold pool, which has a nice ramp along its length. Various exercises, and running & kicking mostly supported by a noodle.
Also did 200m - half of breastroke with no kicking & freestyle with small kicking. Have to be careful not to stir up R shoulder problem but I also need to do something to not let arms waste away too.
getting to know some of the others doing rehab, specially army guys & 1 guy with brain injury that the rehab physio was great with.

V tired afterwards - had been to physio earlier too.
Had 2 hr nap when got home.
