Running 45:00 [3]

Treadmill run. Was really good. Kept an average of 6 miles per whatever it is the treadmill is showing....why can't it be in metric?! I just don't get it....

Weights/Strength 45:00 [3]

Upper body and core. Upped some of the smaller weights and felt great.
