46 minutes at 208 watts. the rest of the time was warmup/cool down.
This is a lot more watts than I usually put out. typical is 194 .
Having not pushed hard this weekend definitely recharged my legs.
There is only one Conclusion possible: Long hours doing bathroom renovation and a couple of hours of training makes you stronger than long hours of training and short hours of renovation.
