30 min core aerobics with weights
30 min sprints spin. 2:1 ratio ( 2 sprint, 1 recover)
I was absolutely wasted at the end . Actually felt a bit sick.
Truly level 5 training.

46 minutes at 208 watts. the rest of the time was warmup/cool down.
This is a lot more watts than I usually put out. typical is 194 .
Having not pushed hard this weekend definitely recharged my legs.

There is only one Conclusion possible: Long hours doing bathroom renovation and a couple of hours of training makes you stronger than long hours of training and short hours of renovation.
