skipped masters and slept in. Started run about ~7:30 and prob almost 80 degrees already. Stoked to be running. Cant keep a hungry man out of the kitchen
Out to Bomber and then almost to the 73 and back. Stopped half way up the last climb. Noticed knee on the downhills(quads) and glad I know what it is from now. Just taking my time...stretching and stopping for water at the gates and bridges. Felt better and better w/ the stretching and once I hit flat again. Finished w/ some quick strides while running.

Ride out to Brisleys to hang after a nap w/ M. Good day. Really like this route and perfect for a BRO ride - minimal lights, good rollers and perfect distance.
133/El Toro/MultonPkwy and then bike path to Aliso.
Climbed Wood Cyn to SOKA twice and kept it in the big gear entire ride.
Legs felt solid and stronger from yesterday and kept the HR cap of 150. Would love to make this a weekly ride w/ more repeats and can even finish w/ a track session or swim at Soka.
