Brown 4th, 6 minutes down on the 18's. Struggled to get going after wasting time on #1, having to protect calf in tough terrain. Lost another 30 seonds at #4 ending up right of the control and then at 1 min 30 at #7 ending up right of the line in a very wet marsh. Down on running speed due to calf, so pretty happy with result, especially as I think I got away with it feeling ok tonight.

pre work canal run, probably a bit more pacy than sensible but wanted to test calf out. Didn't feel anything on run. Slightly sore in evening.
