warm up: 100 m row, 5 push ups, 5 squats, 5 burpees x 3
skill: thrusters - managed to use the red bar
WOD: 20 mins: ladder pull up, thruster - made a big leap today. Did kipping pull ups.

Worse day of the year conditions wise at Macpherson for nordic. Called it quits early. Oh well.....

warmup: 10 wall balls, 10 lunges, 10 push ups x 3
WOD: team event: not quite as fast paced as i would have liked but i was so tired it was probably for the best:
20 min AMRAP: 50 wall balls, 30 pull ups, 10 rope climbs

So tired but Logan needs exercise. Easy run on a very ungroomed green belt.
