In the morning, ran to the Gardens and did the same loop as last night, heading up the rise along Gilruth Ave and then coming around the northern side of St Johns school , south along the bike path and then west into the Gardens on Geranium St. Knees not too bad. Body feeling better than after my last jaunt with the runners and walkers.
