Had a break for around 6mins to recover and then did one hard lap to see what time I could get. Was soooo fast, 9:07, before the summer 10:30 was really hard.

Hockey for PE. Did a small warm up, then some dribbling before games. Managed to get hit on the thigh by a lifted ball during a hit out, thankfully I got a free hit but boyyyy did it hurt!!!! Got a nice big multicoloured bruise to match:).

Had to coach the S2's at hockey, I have never heard more moaning in my life. Major stress!!!!
