Orienteering warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

W/u ~ ran with Dad through Grantown from the assembly area at anagach from the car and back. Some drills once there.

W/d ~ reverse plus into the woods.

Orienteering race 1:18:58 [4] 7.8 km (10:07 / km)
shoes: olway speed

Brown at Anagach.
Found it physical towards the end and brain died. Need to have more fluid next time. Silly silly mistakes. A few misses early on and a poor route choice. But when it went well, it went well. Good training:).

W/u ~ jog with dad to get the legs moving, quickening and then some drills/stretches and more jogging in quarinitine.

W/d ~ jog with Jo.

Orienteering race 20:41 [4] 2.7 km (7:40 / km)

Scottish Sprint champs, Lossiemouth.
Ran slowly and stayed in control, it worked:).
1st W18 and fastest woman:) but the best bit was beating dad.....:P.

W/u ~ down to the bridge and back up to the 30signs.

W/d ~ along the road and drills/stretches.

Around by Bonjedward with Dad at a fast pace, dad taking the pace. Was hard work. Starts with a big hill and ends with horrible hill too.

Had to coach the whole senior team as the coach was off.....then the captain was off....so the duty fell on me. Was ok, did some dodges, short corners and then games.

Ran to the gym and back.

Strength and Conditioning 1:10:00 [3] 3.2 km (21:52 / km)

Usual session x3. Did a heart rate session and a hills session on the bike inbetween. Tough tonight.

W/u ~ up into Lanton via the road.

W/d ~ back down to the houe.

At a reasonable pace as an extra warm up did a lap on the lanton loop.

Had a break for around 6mins to recover and then did one hard lap to see what time I could get. Was soooo fast, 9:07, before the summer 10:30 was really hard.

PE 30:00 [3]

Hockey for PE. Did a small warm up, then some dribbling before games. Managed to get hit on the thigh by a lifted ball during a hit out, thankfully I got a free hit but boyyyy did it hurt!!!! Got a nice big multicoloured bruise to match:).

Note

Had to coach the S2's at hockey, I have never heard more moaning in my life. Major stress!!!!
