Strength and Conditioning (Core class) 50:00 [3]

Core class - one of Sam Ayres bodyfit things.
Was good! Made me realise that my left side is SO SO SO much weaker! I really need to work on it, and do more exercises that work each side seperately because other ones I just use my right side without activating my left properly I think. Not good, but good to realise it!
