St. Joe's loop sans the fartlek plus warm-up with Bob, TVP and Jbird. Quality work-out. A little nipple-ly at the start but warmed up . Minus 23 with windchill tonite. Apparently it was too cold for Zoolander and Superwes is dead to us.

Animal Control waiting in the parking lot for TVP. We should have kept him on leash but Greta wouldn't listen. The animal control lady wanted to talk to him but he wanted none of her lovin, he bit and snarled at her told her "you got to catch me first" and ran off up the rail trail out of sight. She drove after him but unfortunately she didn't want to wait around for him at the trailhead all night...he spoiled her coffee break in the process. Bananas all around.
