Then I stopped. Not feeling great, legs sore, motivation low.

Ran to gym 20', taugh EIE, ran home via Kim by Lins' house then back through neighborhoods. Running around 8' miles on Kim I clocked. Foot felt fine. Legs feeling better. Been feeling mechanical lately but I think I am getting back into the swing.

*Hip hurting in socket, like its inflamed, especially on the downhills. Foot tendonitus feeling like it is kind of there. Not sure though. Do I need new shoes maybe?

*This went way better than anticipated.

Ran North Hills up to trailhead then back down through the valley with Heidi. This run was similar to Sunday's run being kind of crappy but we got it done.
