Ran to gym 20', taugh EIE, ran home via Kim by Lins' house then back through neighborhoods. Running around 8' miles on Kim I clocked. Foot felt fine. Legs feeling better. Been feeling mechanical lately but I think I am getting back into the swing.

*Hip hurting in socket, like its inflamed, especially on the downhills. Foot tendonitus feeling like it is kind of there. Not sure though. Do I need new shoes maybe?
