Belgium Middle Distance. I made few mistakes, totally maybe 3 minutes. With that position would have been in top 6. My running speed was nor enough into that terrain. Terrain (Sahara) was very nice.

Before and after. Before feeling was below zero, didn´t feel like running at all

10*90``/30`` with increasing speed.3`jogging and 5*15``/45``. In 90sec intervals 30 sec was jogging, in shorter ones walking. Running felt difficult. At the end it started to feel little bit better. Throat was little sore in the morning, I hope that I am not going to be sick.
